The starting point to determine mileage is always from downtown Durango, CO.

Any travel over 100 miles will require an 8-person minimum plus 1 night hotel stay (the night before) paid in full beforehand by the client.

Any start time before 9am will have an early morning fee of $100.

If the headcount decreases after the contract is signed, then the amount due remains the same. If you request an increase in headcount, location change, time frame change, etc., then this will require a contract update. If the artist is available to accommodate the request, then the contract will need to be updated, and it will be sent for the client to initial and an additional deposit will be collected if necessary. Each contract change will incur a $50 fee per occurrence.
